    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class will inform you of many legal rights and obligations of individuals and businesses. Although this course covers a lot of material, it is not too challenging because it involves mostly memorization.

    Course highlights:

    The differences and rights between single proprietorship, partnerships and corporations.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you know the slides very well and do not buy the book.
