    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very good introduction to Spanish. Goes into more details about culture, etc.

    Course highlights:

You go into much more focus of cultural aspects and not just vocabulary.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Put in extra work outside of class.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great course and does a great job with learning not only language but culture as well.

    Course highlights:

My professor was very good at helping the students to further understand the information in the course.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study ahead of time, even before classes so you know the material before showing up to class to make the lectures easier on yourself.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

As a foreign language class, it is certainly challenging. Focuses on building oral proficiency and adds a few new tenses.

    Course highlights:

Learned Subjunctive tense and worked on speaking and writing Spanish.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of it! There is a lot of online homework that you are expected to remember to do on your own. The professor won't remind you of it, so be sure to keep your syllabus handy.
