    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course gives you a chance to explore the complex nature of the human body and is taught extremely well by Dr. Bridges.

    Course highlights:

The best part about this course is that regardless of how bad you do on your exams, there are enough points offered through homework assignments and in-lab quizzes to earn a good grade.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you are prepared to work, this course is designed for success. I would recommend getting the required text before the first lecture and reading each lecture before class to make sure you have a general understanding of what's being taught. This class is accompanied with supplemental instruction, which is held many times throughout the week by SI leaders and is very helpful. Also, throw away your fear of flashcards; they will become your best friend throughout the semester.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a very comprehensive overview of Anatomy Part 1. It is a little challenging in the summer, as you are going at a fast pace, but it is set up in a way that makes it hard to forget the information after you learn it... Just try not to take another difficult class at the same time.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part about the course is that you learn a lot about the musculoskeletal systems and how your muscles are innervated.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

As mentioned earlier, try not to take it with anything else too difficult during the summer. I personally would recommend just taking it by itself.
