Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great course to take to learn more about diversity and the world around us. It helps you to open your mind about differences, as well put yourself in other peoples shoes.

    Course highlights:

During the course we did debates on hot topics going on in the world. We were assigned to be either for or against the topic. One example is welfare. For most people, they hear the negatives about welfare. Most of the topics that were chosen were like this. The debates helped you to see the pros and cons of each topic and helped you to be more open minded on many topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I had highly suggest the hybrid course of the class. You had to do some work outside of class, but it was less time lecturing in the class. The hybrid course offered more in class discussion than the other options.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for anyone who is interested in learning about other cultures and ways of life all over the world.

    Course highlights:

Learned so much about other cultures and ways of life to use towards my future career in Human Services. I will be interacting with people from all different ways of life and I found it important to put this course to use.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Time management is definitely something you need to practice in this course. There are multiple assignments per week, but if you balance time well it doesn't seem too bad!
