    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a required introductory class, so the information doesn't feel that important or particularly applicable. You just gotta slug through it. It's mainly busy work, but it's also an easy GPA booster. Study and read Appetite for America because the tests over that book are hard.

    Course highlights:

Even so, you will have a great deal of exposure to professional guest speakers in your field of study; take advantage of that! Ask a lot of questions! These lectures are a great way to help you figure out if this career course is for you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read ALL of Appetite for America and jot down key points, characters, events, or hotel names that take place in the book. The tests over it are thorough. Dr. La Lopa likes to trip you up.
