    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    The course is required for engineering majors, but is genuinely interesting if you enjoy math.

    Course highlights:

    I loved having Kenji because of how much he cares to see you succeed. If you go to him outside of class such as during office hours, he is always willing to answer questions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure to do the study guides before exams, and go to Kenjis office hours.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    While this course is difficult and has a very high drop rate, this professor is amazing.

    Course highlights:

    I learned several techniques and rules to solving problems.

    Advice for students:

    Keep clean notes from lecture and ask questions or voice misunderstanding.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    If you are required to take this course try to have Kenji Matsuki as your professor. He makes math less painful with his sense of humor.

    Course highlights:

    The assignments were pretty much effective and broadened my understanding of certain topics.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    - Lectures are a must. - You don't have to buy the textbook. But you must buy the access code - Past year exams are a great source to study for exams. - Need to have decent knowledge in math
