Pretty easy, overall.
Good course material, easy to follow, Professor Gohary answers questions if needed. Every student needs to participate on the discussion board weekly, quizzes and a final exam will be taken. He is not posting grades on the site, which was new to me. Everything has to be emailed to him and he will reply with the grade.
An introduction is given to the theory, methods and concerns of corporate finance. Main topics are: 1) the time value of money and capital budgeting techniques; 2) uncertainty and the trade-off between risk and return; 3) security market efficiency; 4) optimal capital structure, and 5) dividend policy decisions

Advice for students:
Nothing to stress out about in this course. I thought it will involve math but it does not. My advice is to buy or rent the textbook because it will be needed to study and be able to take the quizzes and final exam.
