Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The class is very practical. We look into what leadership is in the biblical context. The professor does a very good job in connecting biblical leadership with how it affects leadership in our daily context. A lot of the books we read are very helpful. We also look into many different case studies and play out some of them in our mock "leadership committees". Overall very helpful.
I would say the case studies, writing a research paper on a leader of our choice under the prof. approval, and group discussions. Case studies taught me a lot about potential and real life situations I would face a leader or a member of a leadership committee. Research paper helped me a lot about what leadership is. Leaders learn from other leaders, and the research paper did exactly that for me. The group discussions were great because we met the with same group, and they acted as a support group, which taught us how to lead each other as leaders.
