    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because number one, the New Testament is fascinating. Dr. Darko really pieces apart the text in order to bring it all together. Verses that you might just brush over, he gives a meaning. He is very knowledgeable, so there is a lot of information, but as long as you study and take notes, you will succeed. Also, contrary to belief, you do not need background knowledge of the New Testament to take this course. Everything that is required of the students is learned in the classroom, just like any other course. Number two, Dr. Darko is amazing and he has a great accent! :) He makes the class very fun and exciting. There was never a time I was not looking forward to 2 pm MWF.

    Course highlights:

I learned that the Bible is so much more and has so much more meaning than we originally think it to be and have. There are social contexts that we would never be aware of it we were not taught about them. There are reasons behind everything that occurred and learning about them is so eye-opening and drives you to reading your Word even more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to purchase both books. You actually will need them! Study the study guides like you study a really attractive person. That means, do it A LOT and thoroughly. He gives you all of the questions, so finding and knowing the answers is where you have to come in. I did not study enough for the mid-term and did not do well, but I studied for that final like a boss. I walked in that classroom and it was afraid of ME. Anyway... study hard, focus, take good notes, find a classmate who takes good notes if you ever miss a day because everything is important, participate, and do not (do NOT) surf the web during class time. Hold it for just one hour!
