Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

When taking an anatomy class, I advise anyone to take it on a Saturday. Labs and lectures are longer, and all in one day. There's no confusion, and your classmates become your friends and study buddies

    Course highlights:

I learned that a&p2 is much easier and more hands on than a&p1.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study, study, study! Don't slack. Do notebooks, flash cards, draw and color pictures of the brain.. Use you cameras on your phone to study the microscope slides

This course you get more in depth with all body systems. Learning how each system works and how it affects others, for me, was I took from it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be on top of things! Don't procrastinate. Study at least a half hour to an hour a day. This ensures that you understand the material not only memorize it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is serious about entering a field in the health care industry! It teaches you a lot about the human body and helps you to understand how, and why everything in the body functions the way that it does. Donna was a great teacher who really wanted you to learn the material. She was very focused and always gave great lectures. She included great notes for the lecture as well to summarize the material from the text book. I would take a course from her again if I could.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much from taking this course. I learned all about the different body systems and how each one functions. Besides how each body system functions on its own, I also learned how the body systems function together which is very important to know for health care. You learn everything from tissue types and what certain ones are composed of, to the nervous system and its different parts (CNS, PNS), and all the way to my favorite system; The Immune System!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to make flashcards as they will help tremendously!
