    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very informative! Well organized! Excellent course to take!

    Course highlights:

As the course syllabus says "This course is designed as a core course in project management, primarily for people who will manage technical or engineering projects characterized by unusually high levels of uncertainty. The course will focus on both the "technical" tools of project management and the "human" side of project life. Our goal is for you to leave the course with the basic skills that will help you become an effective project manager. Since research has clearly shown that skill in dealing with the "human" dimension is the key determinant of high performance in this role—and engineers are often missing these critical skills--the course will emphasize interpersonal managerial skills more than the optimization of schedules."

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course! "The course will focus on both the "technical" tools of project management and the "human" side of project life."
