Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It's relatively interesting and satisfies a 2000+-level liberal studies requirement. But it's also really easy to fall asleep during and cramming for tests is annoying.
Two highlights would be learning about: one, a bunch of illusions relating to the different senses, and two, many of the bizarre experiments that have been done to gain insight into how the brain functions.

Take notes in class, and do the readings as they're assigned. Then when the prelims come up, spend a few days just cramming everything in your notes and as many vocabulary words from the readings as possible.
