This class was tough.
This course took a deep look into exercise, and how the body responds to exercise.
I learned about the positive and negative affects of exercise on the body. I also learned about how to prevent the negative affects from happening and what to do if they were to happen. The biggest thing I remember learning about is how important rest is, over exercising is one of the worst things you can do to your body.
