    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It was an interesting class, we learned alot of practical things and the professor is great!

    Course highlights:

    Learned about different parts of health and wellness... nutrition, exercise, financial etc. We did several fun projects an activities. It was a general overview of wellness.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention in class and do all the assignments. They arent hard you just have to turn them in!

    It is the essential first step in gaining a degree in Physical Education.

    Course highlights:

    I examined the basis for the six aspects of wellness: social, physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and environmental.

    It is vital to take the course to earn a Physical Education degree.

    The professor teaches you a lot. She's a great professor who cares about her students.

    Course highlights:

    You learn about the body's health, nutrition, exercise. In the class we would add up calories, protein, and it inspires you to exercise.

    Advice for students:

    Go to class and make sure you take notes.
