    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor was intelligent but it's a very intensive class. There's a lot of work.

    Course highlights:

There's a lot of reading and papers about the reading. There's one large paper that you work on all semester that was difficult.

    6-8 hours

Attendance is mandatory and is important for doing well in the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course expanded my knowledge on the history of American literature. Dr. Beidler is an amazing professor and makes this class doable even if English isn't your best subject.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course are going to lectures. The lectures are very interesting and Dr. Beidler is very animated and gives thorough explanations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend this course to any student who doesn't consider English their strong point. However , there are not many assignment for this course. A total of 5 each worth 20 percent of the grade. It is important to remain consistent throughout the course as there isn't much room to redeem your grade if you tank an assignment.
