    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Very interesting and important to any type of major.

    Course highlights:

We kept a food journal for a week and had to log in what we ate (which measured the adequate amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fats in the meals). We also learned the differences between many vitamins and minerals, which are all essential to your health. It was neat, to me, to learn about metabolism and how it is so important for your body to be getting the proper nutrients.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, pay attention, ask questions if you have them. Use the textbook when you need it and study with peers!
