    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I had this class in the summer maybe it would have been easier regular semester with more time but I did struggle often.

    Course highlights:

We were basically finding solutions to different finance scenarios. There were a lot of different equations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a must to buy the financial calculator and buy the specific one that he says because he only explains his version so don't be cheap.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I don't really like to down professors but Downs wasn't very helpful and the class was extremely harder than it should have been.

    Course highlights:

There was a whole lot of calculator work we learned like npv, rate of return, future, present value etc.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important thing is to go to office hours as soon as you realize you are confused the work builds on each lesson so you have to understand one thing to do the next!!!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was very hard. The teacher doesn't really teach the material really well. You have to learn the material on your own.

    Course highlights:

All you do is math problems all day long and mostly you have to memorize it al.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Practice the problems over and over. Going to class is not really going to help.
