    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it will open your eyes about so many childhood staples that in fact did not benefit us an may have in fact enabled us.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning about Shirley Chisolm and the several impacts she had on our political system. Another highlight was learning that Barbie could never be a human because her neck would not be able to hold up her head and her large breasts would cause severe spinal pains.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters assigned an take good notes in class because it will help a lot when it comes to completing the writing assignments.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The class is interesting but it doesn't relate to my life after college. There's a lot of busy work.

    Course highlights:

You learn about feminism and what it actually means. The rise of the women's movement.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It's an easy class just don't forget to do the work!

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course demonstrates the evolution of a woman's role in society and what important events led to where our society is today. It shows how gender roles have changed and how people continue to work to change them in today's society.

    Course highlights:

I was able to gain a better understanding and appreciation of the work women in previous generations and how it created the society we live in today. The biggest highlight of this class was that it didn't force Feminism down your throat, rather it educated you the importance of the Feminist movement and everything associated to women's rights.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course seriously because it correlates with many other courses you will take, regardless of your major. I was able to utilize the information I learned from this class in an Art History class, so really pay attention to the key concepts it is trying to get across.
