Good, intuitive presentation of the material. Professor Sullivan makes his expectations clear and apparent before the exam. He cancels class every few weeks, and the workload is manageable compared to other law courses. Keep up with the reading and you'll do fine
Learn the elements of a contract (offer, acceptance, consideration), some examinations of breach and defenses, some discussion of remedies, and a focus on the UCC Article II approach to sales.

Keep up with the material. As you go, be sure to note Restatement sections, UCC sections, and tests that apply to particular parts of a contract. The exam is timed pretty tightly, so have good documents available (open book).
