This class was tough.
This class is a crucial component for communications majors. Understanding the history of mass communication is something that students will want to be equipped with. There is a lot of reading and writing but Dr. Cooper tries to keep the out of class work manageable.
The final paper is about ten pages long but the topic is anything you want it to be, just as long as it relates to the history of mass communication. That is what made the course worthwhile, getting to pick a topic you are truly interested in a write on it made this course a ton of fun.
