    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class while not difficult in material for an upper level chemical engineer is the first true intro course to chemical engineering and Dr.Lane did not appreciate this fact and made it much more difficult than necessary.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to work problems from an engineering mindset and how to correctly report the answers.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a requirement as a chemical engineer at UA so there is no getting out of it, but be sure to take a good professor because it is your foundation for the rest of your classes.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You should have learnt that in other course that you know...

    Course highlights:

Not a very nice teacher at tutoring.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

BUT sometimes, she is helpful and nice, so you should go to tutoring anyways

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is the base of chemical engineering and Dr. Alan Lane made it an enjoyable class even though the material is extremely difficult.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basic fundamentals of chemical engineering and how to go about solving problems.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and go to class. This course is impossible if you do not put the time into it. It might be the hardest course in chemical engineering.
