Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this class if you're interested in food. The instructors are magnificent. The class is hands on and you learn so much while having fun.

    Course highlights:

I learned the chemicals that make food its colors, how factories get food to taste better, and the specific color of particular foods.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to pay attention in class mostly and u barely have to do studying if you listen and take notes correctly. All information you will need for test will always be what your class talk about.

    Pretty easy, overall.

This course introduced me to everyone in my department and made class feel like family. It was fairly easy and if you're passionate about the subject the information will come easy to you. Besides the content, from this class I gained presentation skills and how to study effectively.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Come to class on the first day prepared to learn, because ultimately thats why you're there. Be organized, keep up with all of your notes. Show up on time, not only is it apart of your grade but it shows how professional you can be. Speaking of professional, dress appropriately for this class. At times alumni as well as company representatives will come to visit to speak to students about internships and scholarship opportunities. This course will be a very good way to network and build a reputation for yourself.
