Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is the second half of the World History sequence. I take my classes online. Dr. Lawrence Davis is an excellent professor and makes the work accessible, engaging, and interesting.

    Course highlights:

No textbooks! All of our texts are available in the online library or from websites, so you aren't spending a lot of money on books. They are diverse and interesting - nothing he uses is dry or difficult to follow. I have learned a LOT about warfare and the human condition, which is Dr. Davis' focus, and it has helped me to gain perspective on historical conflicts as well as how all involved nations are impacted by warfare.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to do a LOT of reading, and be prepared to have to prove it. This class is writing and discussion based - there are no tests or quizzes, but he definitely can tell if you haven't put in the effort to learn the material.
