    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

Jamie's class is definitely hard, but very enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

Great discussions. A lot of introspection on the texts. You go very deep.

    Hours per week:

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Seminar I because of the great disscusions the readings would bring about during class. If you want a thought provoking class this is it.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me were the in depth class discussions with classmates. It was great to be able to hear everyone's ideas and speculations on the readings, it was really thought provoking and interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do the readings thoroughly, take notes, get your papers read by peers then revise it. The essence of writting is rewritting! Talk to your proffessor get him/her to read it and get ideas.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is an interdisciplinary course that goes beyond content and mometization. It compels you to think about how you think.

    Course highlights:

I learned that writing and speaking are much more than simple ways to communicate with the world. In reality, they are the tool that allows you to organize your thoughts and understand the way you think.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The two most important things in class are to always do reading. If possible, go beyond what is assigned and read more. And the other thing is to listen. If there is something more crucial than understanding your own words and expressing them, then that is to understand those of your peers.
