    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because of the professor I had. He is extremely passionate about Springfield College and the science behind exercise in general. All students in the class learn a lot from him.

    Course highlights:

Learning about the complexities that the human body undergoes during exercise is crucial to know for everyone going into this field. In this class, the course is really in depth to the chemistry behind what happens when a person exercises compared to when a person is at rest.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are fortunate to have Dr. Paolone as your professor, make sure to record his lectures. He does not use a powerpoint or any visual aids, and he goes into a lot of detail. All material covered in the class will be on future quizzes and tests.
