Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it is rewarding and extremely interesting. Further, the instructor is passionate about the subject matter. This class will be one of your favorites!

    Course highlights:

I gained an in depth understanding of mental disorders and how to appropriately decipher between disorders. A highlight of this course was the insight into daily life with a mental disorder. However, the greatest point I took from this class was that individuals with mental disorders are equal and should be respected as such. Individuals with these disorders deserve equal opportunity to affordable and effective care.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is SO interesting! Not only is the subject matter fascinating but it is very insightful to learn about disorders and disabilities that so many people suffer from. The course makes these disorders seem so relate-able and that helps when studying them.

    Course highlights:

I learned how common some disorders are in the general public. For example, anxiety and depression is so prevalent and should be taken more seriously.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to every lecture and take good notes. It is much easier to study for the exams if you did not miss class. Also, do the readings in the textbook. Sounds cliche but it really helps.
