A very uplifting course; it is low-pressure and the topics are relevant to your current lifestyle. Professor Liu has a very strong accent but he does his very best to get his points across and make sure that everyone does well in the course. I highly recommend.
I learned that the way I was currently eating wasn't the most healthy, and I learned how I could go about fixing my diet.
