    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    A very uplifting course; it is low-pressure and the topics are relevant to your current lifestyle. Professor Liu has a very strong accent but he does his very best to get his points across and make sure that everyone does well in the course. I highly recommend.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that the way I was currently eating wasn't the most healthy, and I learned how I could go about fixing my diet.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    It is a low-stakes and relaxing course. It is a great choice for anyone trying to get some honors credits or the BS general education requirement.
