This class is an in-depth examination of centuries old societies, as well as the racial prejudices accompanying current observations of them. Many of the lectures contained the material from the readings with additional information.
The lectures were very engaging, and were filled with personal anecdotes, yet remained incredibly educational. Understanding a new perspective while learning about ancient civilizations was a prominent component of the course.
