    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is good, but the subject material itself is iffy. To explain, sociology to begin with feels as though nothing is factual, so it is hard to get a grip on what is actually being taught and what is being spewed out as opinions. Overall I think the professor has a condescending tone when talking about sports and why people should/shouldn't watch.

    Course highlights:

First of all, I learned that I do not want anything to do with sociology. But I also learned why people enjoy watching sports and what drives Americans (and people all over the world) to continue to make them matter and encourage the play of sports.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take it if it seems interesting to you. The course is what you make it, so if you're interested in sociology and you enjoy the world of sports and athletics I'd say give it a go. If you've already taken a sociology class and know its not for you, I can't say you'd enjoy this.
