Always Do the Reading
Great Intro to the Subject
Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I wouldn't recommend it if you're not interested in hearing feedback on real life issues. Some students want to directly be put face to face with whatever the requirements for the class are needed to be fulfilled and get it over with. If you are one of these people, the class will be boring to you. This professor really likes to talk about current issues and that's what I like about it.
The main thing I was able to learn how to link economic problems/issues/calculations with real and current world issues, say, an economic decline that could be expected due to the decay of the value of the dollar over the years(as learned in class). Another example is a country's failure to bring the economy up linked to the future value of their currency. This class is a way I have learned to compare what we learn in class with what is happening out there.

Advice for students:
Really pay attention to everything the professor says in class. It is useful to be informed and to pass the test. He's very thorough in his lectures and provides good examples, even when he goes on tangents, everything is linked in the end.
