    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because you learn a lot about how the body functions and everything you need to know to stay fit. It helps you get a better understanding of yourself.

    Course highlights:

What I gained from taking this course is exercise is definitely important and what is good and bad for your body. Such as what you eat and how well you work out.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always make sure you don't fall behind on the homework assignment.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She was a great professor that would take what we learning in our text books and labs then show us how to use it in the real world. She was great at breaking down the different parts of the body and made me really fall in love with this major.

    Course highlights:

When the professor had us split up into small groups and teach the class an exercise that we got to come up with on our own it was great because it got the whole class involved yet we were all still learning.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to talk in this class or put yourself out there she is a great and welcoming professor and makes a safe and wonderful learning environment. Also don't take her kindness as a weakness you still need to work hard if she sees you are putting in the effort she will do anything to help you.
