Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is a requirement for my major, but I was really nervous about it because I have never taken Economics before. It was nowhere as bad as I thought it would be! In addition, Professor Gildea is AMAZING! He is very fair, and always available if you need extra help. His teaching is clear and understandable.

    Course highlights:

We went over the basics of Macroeconomics, and applied them to real life events. Highlights of the class for me were just being in class. I never missed a class, and each one was actually enjoyable all because of Professor Gildea. He makes it a fun subject and easy to pay attention.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For the problem sets, make sure you work on them when they're assigned or you could spend a few stressful days at the end trying to remember everything you learned and finishing the problems quickly, as he only collects them twice in the semester. You risk making mistakes and forgetting everything you learned in the time between when they were assigned and when you do them!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The teacher although very nice in the grading is very confusing and doesn't explain things well. I had to resort to online tutorials to understand the information.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed the courses attempt to make it relevant to the outside world.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend reading the book and asking other people to study with you so that you truly gain an understanding of the material.
