    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course gives great insight into our country's more recent past. Also, the professor is one of the best professors at Adrian College because she is so passionate about teaching and lets us form our own thoughts and opinions about topics by providing new ways of examining historical evidence and events. Don't take this course lightly it is advanced and requires a lot of critical thinking and work.

    Course highlights:

It helps analyze some material that we have actually lived through and that makes it all the more interesting and pertinent to our lives. I learned how to better research and insert myself into historical events to form opinions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to work hard. There is a lot of reading and writing. Don't put off the homework assignments until the last minute because it will all pile up and your work and grade will suffer.
