    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    The professor made sure all of his students were engaged and understood the material presented. The professor was flexible with one on one learning experiences.

    Course highlights:

    From this course I gained a better understanding on how the human body works . The difference in good fats and bad fats and overal how to treat my body better to be in better shape.

    The best advice I have is to stay focused and stay engaged.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Rita Kinnell was one of the best professors I had my first semester at Adrian. She is very invested in the success of her students and does everything she can to help. She truly cares about what she is teaching.

    Course highlights:

    I learned some very valuable health information including how to create a reasonable Fitness program that would work with my busy College schedule.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    This course was pretty simple but still involved putting some effort into the course. Do the readings!!
