Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Maija makes it so you like to come to class and makes Geology interesting for everyone. Her lectures are easy to takes notes with and easy to listen to, and if the materials are something you're struggling with, she is able to help.

    Course highlights:

The class was always entertaining. We had a class where we studied rocks on campus and identified what they were. We learned the identification of rocks, how rocks are created and formed. Where rocks are deposited, mass wasting, earthquakes, and much much more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! Its an excellent science class that relates to the real world and the environment. The material isn't crazy difficult but is still challenging. Make sure you show up to class. It's a lot of hands on learning, and you need to be there and take sufficient notes.
