Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Boyd is a great professor. He is very energetic and makes you genuinely look forward to coming to his class every week. The examples he gives in class are very relatable, and he looks telling stories about his personal life. You can tell he enjoys teaching the class and is passionate about what he does. Also his exams are all multiple choice, and the curves are very beneficial.
I am not sure if I learned more about the professors personal life, or the material of the class, but either way I thoroughly enjoyed taking the course. My biggest take away was what Boyd calls "Marketing Jargon", essentially a list of vocabulary words that you can add to your academic and professional dictionary to advance your vocabulary.

Advice for students:
I strongly encourage coming to class every week, especially because it is a blended learning course, so it only meets once a week. If you have to miss a week, I would contact Boyd because crucial information is discussed in class. Also although the "Marketing Jargon" quiz is not until the end of the semester, start reviewing the words early, so you are not cramming over 50 words in the same week of the exam.
