    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for anyone who has an interest in learning more about the elements of nutrition. If you have already taken biology or other related sciences, this course should not be difficult for you at all. I liked that we had a different lecturer who specialized in a specific area of nutrition every few weeks, as it made the course more interesting.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me was learning about nutrition throughout the life cycle, during pregnancy, and during breastfeeding. I enjoyed it because it allowed me to apply what we learned about macronutrients and micronutrients into play. These topics are also useful in that I can apply them to my own health.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Answer the Questions to Ponder as soon as possible! If you are able to do this for each topic before it is taught in lecture, then you will not have to worry about studying when it comes time for the exams. For your discussion sections, I would recommend doing your assignments beforehand so that you do not have to worry about not having enough time to complete them.
