    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is required for many majors. If you don't have to take it, don't take it! I rated it a 3/5 because it is very challenging and time-consuming, and you must be on top of all your assignments in order to do well in the course.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of laboratory techniques. Before I started the course, I wanted to learn about what titration was and by the end of it, I became a pro at titration! The course was pretty difficult in terms of content and workload, but TAs were always available for help. The course material is all online and most assignments are also online.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Get a head start on all of your lab reports and attend TA office hours EVERY week in order to get high scores on them. Study ahead for exams and make sure to write down questions that you have and take them to the professor. Make sure you know how your TA grades because each TA is different.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The material is not hard, but TA's take off a ton of points for minor details.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to perform titration and various experiments.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to go to office hours

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot. Even though it was relatively difficult course, I believe that I learned a lot about research and lab techniques in a biochemical laboratory.

    Course highlights:

We did lab experiments that applied to real-world situations, such as doing a back titration of a Vitamin C tablet in order to determine the concentration of Vitamin C in the tablet.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is very time consuming and hardly an easy class. But if you put the time and effort in, you will learn a lot and do well.
