Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Important for certain majors. It is the most basic calculus class and it was not a very hard class, although it can be difficult if a student does not put in the effort.

    Course highlights:

I learned all the basic aspects of calculus especially derivatives. I also learned how to do practice problems and study on my own.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you stay on top of everything. It is easy to get swarmed if you procrastinate the work .

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course material is very straightforward and simple. The exams and quizzes are fair and graded to give the student the most points as possible.

    Course highlights:

I learned that sometimes professors make classes more difficult than they actually are and by skipping the class and teaching yourself, you can get much better grades.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you don't find the professor helpful at all, try learning the material on your own, he just confused me and I did a lot better when I started teaching myself.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course will challenge what you thought you knew in high school about calculus.

    Course highlights:

This course was amusing in that the teacher brought us treats to celebrate us passing. I learned that perseverance is necessary.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Prepare over the summer. Do not procrastinate. In the end you're in school for yourself so work hard for yourself.
