    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to people who are visual learners because Dr. Manning would draw pictures so the class could understand things better. He also did a lot of examples which helped me a lot, and he was approachable and understanding about my mental health issues, which is not something I can say for all of my professors.

    Course highlights:

I have an in-dept understanding of calc 2, and even though I got a C in the class I learned everything well. I respected Dr. Manning and wanted to come to class to learn more about math. He made it interesting and understandable.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The homework is helpful and adds up to a decent amount of points. Missing more than 10 homeworks starts to get a little bad. Missing more than 2 discussions is very bad. I also put in a lot of extra hours and extra practice. The optional assigned practice problems in the textbook are not optional if you want to pass. Studying and memorizing formulas is a must. Skipping class is a hail no.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is the hardest course I have taken in my 4 years of Mechanical Engineering Degree. The combination of the difficulty along with it being your first year in college makes it brutal.

    Course highlights:

I dont really remember anything of what I learned in this course. It was all short term memory.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Memorize as much as you can, then try to make sense of it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

For my major it's a requirements course so I had to take it but, I would recommend you to take this course if your major is science.

    Course highlights:

This course is a continuation of Math 140. Topics include techniques of integration, improper integrals, applications of integration (such as volumes, work, arc length, moments), inverse functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, sequences and series.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

practice for few hours after class and do the homework online.
