    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is very eye-opening; it sheds light on the history of America’s criminal justice system and the current search for reform within it, as well as the “War on Drugs.”

    Course highlights:

This course introduced me to many injustices in our criminal justice system that I was unaware of. It has caused me to look at felons and private prisons in a different manner, as well as speak out against these problems.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Participate in class because although the professor lectures, he often asks for input and interaction from the students. In addition, be prepared to read the multiple books required for the class. There are a few small papers you have to write over the course of the semester and majority of your grade is based of text support.
