Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is worth while course. I have already taken a psychology course in high school, but this helped reinforce a lot of important information. It also can relate to many areas of study such as government and politics, biology, education, etc.

    Course highlights:

There were plenty of opportunities for extra credit throughout the semester. Also, the professor had office hours, but the most worthwhile office hours you should attend would be for the Teaching Assistants because they have more time to help improve work.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Plan when you do your work. Although the material was not too hard, there was a lot to accomplish. The worksheets took me an average of two hours every week to complete. Also, every other week you have to complete a scientific analysis that is very hard to score perfectly on and they are graded harshly. Take advantage of office hours to improve and get extra help.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really did not enjoy this class. I felt that it was very information heavy, but I feel like I was never officially taught any of the information. I found the professor to be a rather poor lecturer. I also felt like the professor did not care to help the students, which made the class a lot more difficult than it had to be.

    Course highlights:

I don't think that there were any significant highlights in this course. I did, however, learn a lot about how the brain works, and why people act and behave the way they do.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate. The class is unnecessarily assignment heavy. Study a lot for exams because they aren't about regurgitating material, they focus on application.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I actually attended the course in 1996 but your drop down doesn't go that far back. I was active duty Air Force at the time. I remember this course because it gave me my first look into the psychology of the mind and in my particular case, understanding the thought process of males and females. I do not remember the professor but I do remember that we went a bit off course and I loved it.

    Course highlights:

It encompassed how and why we think a certain way... What drives our thought process.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I can give you none except be fearless
