    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I didn't remember much of high school biology when I began this class. But the material was engaging and the level of intensity increased gradually as the class progressed. This allowed the class to familiarize themselves with the basics before diving in to college level learning.

    Course highlights:

I think the most exciting part of the class for me personally was the lessons involving meiosis and mitosis. Learning about DNA and reproduction, along with genetics, and chromosomes was so fascinating.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I took the BIO 102 (Concepts of Biology class) concurrently with BIO 103 (Laboratory in Biology). I believe this was very helpful, as the learning material often coincided and allowed for practical application of the covered material. I recommended other students also take the classes concurrently.
