Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was very informative and has set basic understanding of what look forward, how to solve certain issues, and approach the civilian workforce. The instructor was interactive, responded to questions, and actually read your post, reposes and papers; unlike other on-line instructors.

    Course highlights:

. This class taught me the basics on employer and employee relations and what can be done about it along with how labor unions come onto play. As a supervisor and a leader in the Army it has brought about techniques which can applied to solve conflicts, increase employee morale, rather than just using authoritarian style set forth from military indoctrination and style of authority.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For students interested in this class, do not procrastinate. There is a lot of reading involved and at times seems mundane.
