    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It is a great course to start your college career with and you will find some very productive ways to do research and presentations. Although many people are not fans of forums, the forums will help you understand their research while questioning your own.

    Course highlights:

    This is a very basic course on research. You will learn to how to research, categorize, and annotate information for a college level research paper. During the process, things such as academic integrity and types of sources will also be explored.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would tell a new student to map out their day from the beginning of the week. All forums and assignments can usually be completed in two to three one hour sittings.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class because one it is required and two it is very easy. I was nervous to do online course. I found that this class helps get your feet when when starting off. It made me overcome the nerves I had to take online courses.

    Course highlights:

    The assignments are easy and the instructions very simple and straight forward. The professors got back to me very quickly with helpful answer.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would say expect to write a few essays. However, do not beat yourself up over them. If you need help the professor are always happy to help as well as the other classmates.

    This course is good for those who haven't been to college before, because it allows students to learn how to study, utilize online libraries, and how to create a product to convey a message.

    Course highlights:

    This course is designed for those who have never taken any sort of college course before. It is great for those who need help navigating online, and creating college-level products.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be open. The more open you are to new ideas and new styles of learning the easier this course will be. Be ready to create a different variety of papers and projects. There's a lot of freedom in this course.
