Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was great, it was fun and had information that was easy to understand but had practical application.

    Course highlights:

The best part of this course was learning how to develop work out plans for different levels of fitness, from beginners to some athletes or clients that just need to improve on their fitness.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say take this course and give it effort, there is a lot of material and you will learn much of the information.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Get ready for some work, but work well worth the effort. I feel most have a passion for understanding the body when hey choose to understand it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Overall, this course isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I took exercise physiology before I dropped out of USM and it was very tough. It will take some time up of yours but should be able to fit it in to your routine schedule

    Course highlights:

It definitely helps having chemistry and A&P before this. Best way to describe it is a mixture of both classes focusing on exercise.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have a good basis of exercise knowledge along with some science. Make sure you read over material before quiz's and other assignments
