Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is awesome. I am taking online courses and I needed to complete Anatomy & Physiology with a lab for the program I wanted to get into. They send you a lab kit in the mail that includes a sheep brain and cow eyeball that you dissect. You just store them at room temperature and then you can dissect them in your kitchen for the assignment.

    Course highlights:

My teacher, Mr. Nunnelly, was great. Very positive feedback on the discussion boards, very clear on assignment instructions and due dates, and he was very quick to grade and give useful feedback on assignments. There is a homework assignment every week, a few exams, and labs throughout the course. I started this course after already serving as an Army medic for three years and did not expect to learn much, but there was actually a lot of new usual information.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely do the required reading and take good notes. The exams are closed book and closed note. Also, when learning the muscles and bones try to use yourself or another person as a model to find where they are on the body.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because the questions make you think of a higher level. You have to research and find credible information about human body. I understand more how the body reacts which makes me more health conscious.

    Course highlights:

I learned how you need to warm-up first than stretch before your workout. Why that is recommended because it halves the chances for injury. I also learned of metabolism and how different fats are like. The highlight was passing the tests with how many hours of study I did.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Use a planner and plan plan an hour of study a day, read the text book a week prior and make lists of questions for you to research. The most useful is to use "site:.edu" on Google.
