    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Did not like the professor at all. Very strict on APA rules in all formats that you write (forums and responses). The material was interesting though. Psychology always is.

    Course highlights:

The final project served as a huge learning curve for me. It is a big project so make sure you work on it through out the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Brush up on APA before starting. Writing is a big part of this class which I was not aware of until I took it.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I was able to figure out why athletes or normal people in general react the way that they do. I highly recommend this course for someone who needs or desires to understand the pathophysiology of the human reaction to stress and how to either increase or decrease anxiety based diseases.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the mind set of an athlete. more specifically the reactions that happen in your mental state during all portions of athletic activity.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Open book tests were the best for me. it allowed me the opportunity to continue learning about my desired field of study.
