    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course. The professor was very knowledgeable and I was able to overcome many obstacles.

    Course highlights:

    My biggest struggle was figuring out the difference between words such as effect and affect. This class helped me to overcome this without a problem. The many readings that we did helped me to learn skills that I needed in my future college courses.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure to proof read your work and check spelling. Go over your citations and make sure they are correct and that your papers are in the correct format.

    Course Overview:

    The course material was fantastic and easy to follow.

    Course highlights:

    Sentence structure, paragraphs, and basic essay outlines.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would recommend writing rough outlines for essays, then critique them as you go.

    Course Overview:

    This class teaches you the basics of writing; I learned a lot of new information that can instantly help me during my work day. I honestly feel that anyone who takes this class will at least improve their writing abilities in some fashion.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights would be learning to write in first, second and third person, I am currently working on a writing to inform cause and effect essay on hypertension. Over the weeks I have learned how to properly check assignments just to make sure you are sending out the most professional draft.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Complete the reading, participate in class discussion, reread and revise any research papers before final turn in.
