Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Sociology is the study of people's interaction with different cultures in our society. It promotes diversity and understanding among one another.

    Course highlights:

Sociology with Mrs. Baker taught me to be mindful of the norms of others of all cultures including our very own. Her teaching style required us to communicate with numerous other demographics. There were weekly in class group assignments that ranged uncomfortable with purpose to enlightening.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In sociology it is an absolute must to keep an open mind, or you will never grow. Take things one week and one chapter at a time. Embrace the time you have within your groups, because your grade fittingly enough ultimately depends on your ability to work with other people.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Yes, I would recommend this course because it was a good experience in learning different aspect of different cultures and how other behaviors are dealt with when it is a problem within our society. Learn how to handle my own situations that I face everyday . Just one day at a time, have faith in yourself and everything else falls in place.

    Course highlights:

How to cope with different kinds of problems and situations that occur daily in your life. How to dealt with others and their different personalities. All over the world you will come in contact with someone that you have to be patient with because they do not always know your cultures, beliefs and how to approach you with their problems; so you have to be patient and do your best.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay close attention in what your instructor expect of you and what you expect from your instructor. Make sure you both are on the same page. Make sure you ask lots of question so you will have a good understanding of what you are to do to complete your assignments and to pass this course so you can get the grade you want in this class. Always do your best and always attend as many classes as possible to make sure you do not miss anything you need to know to pass your course.
